      •  2003 ISO9001-2000 International Quality Management Certificate issued to CVXZ 
      •  2005 Accumulated total of 69 models of CVXZ toilets acquired the Certificate of
          Water Saving 
      •  2006.8 The Roca Group successfully acquired the total assets of sanitary ware 
         business unit from Eagle Brand Holdings. 
      •  2006.10 According to the Documentation of Environment Friendly Products 
         published by the Ministry of Finance and General Bureau of Environment Protection,
         the products of CVXZ are listed in the Government Procurement List for“first priority
         products for procurement”


       CVXZ Sanitary Ware (also known as Eagle Brand Sanitary Ware) was founded in 1994. After more than a decade of growth, CVXZ Sanitary Ware has built a strong reputation with both the industry and end users. Today, CVXZ Sanitary Ware is one of the leading brands in the China sanitary ware market. In August 2006, the largest Spanish sanitary ware manufacturer, Roca Group acquired the CVXZ Sanitary Ware business unit, and formed the new Xinle Bathroom Products (Foshan) Co.Ltd, a wholly owned Chinese subsidiary of the Roca Group.
